Foreman with BLVD Moving
BLVD Moving is hiring Foremen in Chatsworth, CA. Foremen oversee complex residential and commercial moves, enforce safety standards, and deliver a boutique customer experience.
Roles
- Own move-day execution from first walkthrough to final walkthrough
- Assign roles, enforce safety, and protect high-value items
- Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and drivers
- Mentor Team Leads and movers toward company standards
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Prior foreman or senior crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move household goods when needed
- Knowledge of DOT-aware jobsite safety when working with drivers
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed
