Team Lead with BLVD Moving
BLVD Moving is hiring Team Leads in Chatsworth, CA. Leads set the pace on move day, coach movers, and keep communication clear with customers and dispatch.
Roles
- Lead on-site crews through safe, efficient moves
- Coordinate walkthroughs, inventory, and truck loading plans
- Coach movers on padding, stacking, and customer care
- Escalate access, timing, or inventory issues to operations
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Prior moving or crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move household goods when needed
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed
